over-anticipation
Jan. 22nd, 2010 10:13 pmGuess what I'm gonna talk about?
FOOTBALL, of course.
Since I'm a Chelsea supporter all along, I'll have to bow down to Chelsea for pulling a win over Sunderland.
Sunderland drew with Man U (2-2), won Liverpool (1-0), almost won Man City but still lost (3-4). But what was the exact score?
7-2
A major pwnage, totally. I'll expect Sunderland to finish around fifth in the end of the season.
I doubt Liverpool will get it's status of its usual top 4 this season. After selling Xabi Alonso, to "feed" the young players, what do you still expect from Rafael Benitez.
I might not expect as much from Man U this season, with Ronaldo gone, I don't see any potential players alike him, fast, tricky and his shots, although there's some with part of him, but not as much. I would probably want someone else rather than Fergie. It's time to change the playing style.
Arsenal? They might even end up finishing before Man U. With Arsene Wenger getting the forwards double up as defenders, I see Arsenal's future might be more bright this season. Never wanting to spend on over-priced players, instead managing to invest in talented young players.
Man City would probably be one of the most talked about clubs this season. With Roberto Mancini taking over Mark Hughes just before Christmas in 2009. I liked how he led Inter Milan to the top spot today with his hat tricks.
I also might want to mention Tottenham and Aston Villa, I can loudly say this season might end up a bang for both of them. It was kind of surprising with such superb performance compared to last season's.

Anyhow, CHELSEA would be the most anticipated club to win the title, after Man U won it for 3 consecutive years, since Ronaldo joined around 2003.
It's totally random of me to talk about football at this time. And follow me on twitter @hecticreality. (:
